Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Quill Facilities Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
