Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Nova Maple Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Omaha, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
