Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Oakland across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 772 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
