Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Umber Hospitality and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
