Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Pike Property Management is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
