Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Sable Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
