Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
