Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Fern Inspection Services is an inspection company in Indianapolis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
