Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Fernwood Cobalt Property Management is a Madison property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
