Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Knoxville area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
