Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 524 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
