Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Beacon Financial is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
