Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Staffing places workers with employers around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
