Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Highbridge Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Houston, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
