Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Clearpath Meridian Facilities looks after properties across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
