Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Quill Inspection Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
