Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Rowan Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
