Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
