Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Rivermark Summit Financial serves customers across Memphis with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
