Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Linden Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Chicago with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
