Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Health Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
