Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Junction Housing Partners manages affordable housing communities across Miami, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
