Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Highbridge Fox Property Management is a Rochester property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
