Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Fern Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Grand Rapids area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 945 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
