Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Harborlight Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Madison. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
