Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Mill Legal Group is a Boise practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
