Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Westbrook Birch Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
