Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Nova Yarrow Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Oakland area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
