Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Atlanta supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
