Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ivory Legal Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
