Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Boise, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
