Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Rivermark Glen Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Orlando, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
