Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Loom Insurance Group is an insurance company in Seattle with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
