Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Summit Haven Insurance is an insurance company in Austin with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
