Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Las Vegas with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
