Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Holdings is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
