Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bridge Freight and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
