Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Drift Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
