Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
