Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Lumen Lantern Property Management Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
