Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Property Management looks after rental homes across the Rochester area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
