Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove Willow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Austin, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
