Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Rochester, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
