Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Clearpath Ashton Health provides primary and specialty care in Providence. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 516 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
