Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Foxglove Yarrow Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
