Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Redstone Kestrel Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
