Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Early Learning runs childcare centres in Birmingham caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
