Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Amberfield Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
