Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Bright Vista Staffing places workers with employers around Omaha. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
