Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (remote)

Nova Granite Markets is a Minneapolis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
